We trade responsibly and in line with UAE law and the rules of the countries whose products we supply. This statement explains the checks our customers and suppliers can expect.

Licensed free zone company

Mobinetix FZCO is licensed by the Dubai Airport Freezone Authority and trades from Dubai Airport Freezone with businesses in Dubai, across the UAE and internationally.

Export controls and sanctions

We comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 43 of 2021 on commodities subject to non-proliferation controls and the UAE Control List, and we respect the export controls of the countries where products originate. This is especially important for data-centre GPUs, AI servers and other advanced computing items, which are subject to United States export controls. For these items we:

• require a signed end-user and end-use declaration before accepting an order;
• check that any required export licence or authorisation is in place;
• do not supply any person or entity on UAE, UN or other applicable sanctions or restricted-party lists, or for any military, weapons-of-mass-destruction or other prohibited end use;
• do not permit diversion or re-export contrary to those rules.

We screen customers, suppliers and destinations and may refuse, suspend or cancel any transaction that raises a compliance concern.

Anti-money-laundering and know your customer

We support the UAE's anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist and proliferation financing framework. We verify the businesses we trade with, may request trade licences, VAT details and beneficial-ownership information, accept payment only from the contracting business through regulated banking channels, and do not accept cash payments for orders.

Genuine products

We buy only from sources we have checked and supply genuine, brand-new products. We do not knowingly trade in counterfeit, stolen or grey-imported goods that breach applicable law.

Anti-bribery and fair dealing

We do not offer, pay, request or accept bribes or improper payments, and we expect the same of everyone we work with.

Responsible supply chain

We expect our suppliers to respect human rights and applicable labour laws and to reject forced, bonded or child labour in their operations and supply chains.
