We trade with businesses only — retailers, distributors, resellers, e-commerce sellers and corporate buyers, in Dubai, across the UAE and worldwide. We do not sell to consumers.

Trade prices depend on quantity, destination and stock availability, so every order is quoted individually. Add products to your enquiry list and send it by email or WhatsApp; your account manager will reply with pricing, usually within one working day.

Choose a quantity on any product and press “Add to enquiry”. Open the enquiry list at the top of the page, fill in your company details and send it by email or WhatsApp. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to buy.

Minimums vary by product. Where a product is sold in cases, the quantity selector moves in case quantities. Your account manager will confirm any minimum in your quote.

Yes. We supply brand-new, sealed products. Region, specification and warranty details are confirmed on your quote and pro-forma invoice.

You can send enquiries without one, but registering through the Trade Register gives you a named account manager and faster quotes. We may ask for your trade licence before confirming an order.

A valid trade licence and, if registered, your VAT / TRN number. For some products — such as data-centre GPUs and AI servers — we also require end-user and end-use information to meet export-control rules.

Payment methods and terms are set out on your pro-forma invoice. New customers normally pay in advance by bank transfer.

Yes. We trade locally within Dubai and the UAE, with delivery or collection from our Dubai Airport Freezone office.

Yes, worldwide. We can ship by air or sea and agree delivery terms (Incoterms) on each quote. See Delivery Information for details.

Quotes show whether UAE VAT applies. VAT treatment depends on where the goods are delivered and whether they are exported; our tax invoices show our TRN.

Yes. We buy surplus, bulk and end-of-line brand-new electronics from businesses. Send your stock list through the Sell to us page and we will make an offer, usually within one working day.

Report it within the time stated in our Returns & Warranty policy, with photos and your invoice number, and we will resolve it with you. See Returns & Warranty for the full process.
