This website is operated by Mobinetix FZCO, a free zone company licensed by Dubai Airport Freezone Authority (DAFZA), registered office Office 4WA 301-22, Third Floor, Building 4 West A, Dubai Airport Freezone, Dubai, UAE (“Mobinetix”, “we”, “us”). Mobinetix is the controller of the personal data described below. We process personal data in line with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable UAE law.

1. What we collect

• Enquiries: name, company, email, phone / WhatsApp number, country, notes and the products and quantities in your enquiry list.
• Trade Register: company name, trade licence number and licensing authority, VAT / TRN number, business type, website, contact name, job title, email, phone, trading interests and any trade licence copy you upload.
• Sell to us: contact and company details, stock details, prices and any stock list file you upload.
• Messages: anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.
• Technical data: our hosting provider records standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

2. Why we use it and our legal basis

• To answer enquiries, prepare quotations and purchase offers, and enter into and perform contracts with you or your company — steps at your request and performance of a contract.
• To verify businesses, carry out know-your-customer, sanctions and export-control checks and keep records — compliance with legal obligations.
• To manage our trade relationship, including sending stock and pricing updates to business contacts — our legitimate business interests, or your consent where required. You can opt out at any time.
• To protect the website against misuse — our legitimate interests.

Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data about children.

3. Who we share it with

• Service providers: our website and form processing are hosted by Netlify, Inc. in the United States; email and messaging providers (including WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us that way) process messages on our behalf.
• Logistics, banks, insurers and professional advisers where needed to fulfil an order or protect our rights.
• Authorities where required by law, such as customs, tax, export-control or law-enforcement bodies.

We do not sell personal data.

4. Transfers outside the UAE

Some providers, including Netlify, store data outside the UAE (for example in the United States). Where data leaves the UAE we rely on the conditions permitted by the PDPL, such as appropriate contractual safeguards with our providers, or the transfer being necessary to respond to your request or perform a contract with you.

5. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and registration data for as long as needed for the purposes above. Where a transaction takes place we keep commercial and tax records for the periods required by UAE law (generally at least five years). Enquiries that do not lead to business are deleted or anonymised within 24 months.

6. Security

The website is served over HTTPS and access to submissions is restricted to authorised staff. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive personal data that we have not asked for.

7. Your rights

Subject to the conditions in the PDPL, you may ask us to: give you access to your personal data; correct or complete it; erase it; restrict or object to its processing; provide it in a portable format; and you may withdraw consent at any time where we rely on consent. To exercise a right, email Info@mobinetixfzco.com. We may need to verify your identity. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the UAE data protection authority.

The products you add to your enquiry list are stored only in your own browser (local storage) until you send them. See our Cookie Policy.
