Terms & Conditions of Trade

Last updated: 5 November 2026

This website is operated by Mobinetix FZCO, a free zone company licensed by Dubai Airport Freezone Authority (DAFZA), registered office Office 4WA 301-22, Third Floor, Building 4 West A, Dubai Airport Freezone, Dubai, UAE (“Mobinetix”, “we”, “us”). Contact: Info@mobinetixfzco.com, +971 56 558 1439.

These terms apply to every quotation, order and sale or purchase of goods between Mobinetix and a customer or supplier, and to use of this website. Any terms in a customer's purchase order or other document do not apply unless we agree to them in writing.

1. Business customers only

We trade on a business-to-business (B2B) basis only. By sending an enquiry, registering or placing an order you confirm that you act for a business, in the course of your trade, and not as a consumer. We may ask for your trade licence, VAT / TRN details and other company documents, and may decline any enquiry or order.

2. Website, quotations and contracts

This website is a catalogue. Products, images and descriptions are for information only; images may differ from the item supplied and availability changes constantly. Prices are not shown and nothing on the website is an offer to sell. An enquiry is a request for a quotation and does not commit either party.

A quotation is valid for the period stated on it (or 3 working days if none is stated) and is subject to stock availability. A contract is formed only when we confirm an order in writing, usually by issuing a pro-forma invoice or order confirmation. We may correct obvious errors in any quotation or invoice.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices are quoted in the currency shown on the quotation and, unless stated otherwise, exclude UAE Value Added Tax, duties and delivery costs. VAT is charged where applicable under Federal Decree-Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax and its implementing rules, including the rules for goods held in or moved between designated zones and for exports. Our tax invoices show our legal name and TRN.

4. Payment

Payment terms are set out on the pro-forma invoice. Unless we have agreed credit terms in writing, payment is due in full, in cleared funds, before goods are released. Payments are made by bank transfer to the account shown on our invoice; we will never ask you to change bank details by email alone, so please verify any such request by phone. If a payment is late we may suspend deliveries and, where agreed in the order, charge late-payment interest or compensation as permitted by UAE law.

5. Delivery, risk and title

Delivery terms (including the Incoterms® rule, place of delivery and dates) are stated on each order. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk passes to the customer according to the agreed Incoterms rule or, if none is agreed, on collection or delivery. Ownership of the goods passes only when we have received payment in full. See Delivery Information.

6. Inspection, warranty and returns

Goods are supplied brand new and sealed unless the order states otherwise, with the manufacturer's warranty where the manufacturer provides one. The customer must inspect goods on receipt and report shortages, damage or incorrect items within the time limits in our Returns & Warranty policy. Except as set out in that policy and to the extent permitted by law, we give no other warranties about the goods.

7. Export control, sanctions and compliance

Customers must comply with all export control, sanctions, customs and import laws that apply to the goods, including UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 43 of 2021 on commodities subject to non-proliferation controls and, where relevant, the export rules of the country of origin (for example United States export controls on advanced computing items). For controlled items — including data-centre GPUs and AI servers — we may require an end-user and end-use declaration and any licences before we accept or ship an order. The customer must not resell, re-export or transfer goods in breach of those laws, or to any sanctioned or restricted person, destination or end use. We may suspend or cancel an order, without liability, if we reasonably believe it would breach these rules. See our Compliance statement.

8. Know your customer

To meet our legal obligations, including UAE anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorist-financing laws, we may verify the identity of customers, suppliers and their beneficial owners and screen them against sanctions lists. We may refuse or delay any transaction until we are satisfied.

9. Selling goods to us

When you sell goods to us, you confirm that you own them outright, that they are genuine, new (unless agreed otherwise), lawfully imported and free from any claim, and that you will supply accurate invoices and any documents we reasonably request. Our offer is subject to inspection on receipt; payment terms are stated in our purchase order.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of profit, revenue, business or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability under any order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law, including liability for fraud or gross negligence.

11. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including supplier shortages, transport disruption, government action, changes in export or sanctions rules, or natural events.

12. Electronic communications

Quotations, confirmations, invoices and notices may be sent and accepted electronically, including by email and WhatsApp, and electronic records and signatures are valid under Federal Decree-Law No. 46 of 2021 on electronic transactions and trust services.

13. Website use

Product names, brands and trademarks belong to their owners; Mobinetix is an independent trader and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brand owners unless stated. You may not misuse this website, interfere with its operation or copy its content for commercial use without our permission. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

14. Governing law and disputes

These terms and every contract under them are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the parties agree in writing to arbitration. If these terms are translated, the English version prevails to the extent permitted by law.

15. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when an order is confirmed applies to that order.
